Vacation Rentals Policy

Check In & Check Out

Check In is at 4:00PM & Check Out is at 10:00AM.  NO EXCEPTIONS!  Please respect the next scheduled guest by being prompt when departing in order for the housekeeping to come inside and start cleaning the house for the next guest.

Making Vacation Rental Reservations

To make a reservation you must call our office at (386) 760-4661.  A lease will be prepared and the down payment required to hold the reservation will be explained on the lease.  The payment can be made with a check or credit card.  We accept MC/Visa/American Express/Discover.   

Security Deposit

A security deposit in th eamount of $1500 - $2000 is due 30 days before arrival.  This must be received by check or certified funds.  If paid by check, the check must clear before arrival.  Security deposits are returned within 30 days of departure provided there are no damages..

Confirmation of Reservation

After making a reservation, you will receive a rental statement by e-mail, fax or mail.  This statement will supply your name, the house you have reserved, your rental fees and directions to our office.  It is your responsibility to insure you have all the proper information for your rental stay and everything is correct. In the event your rental statement is wrong, please call the office immediately to make necessary changes. At this time you will receive a new rental statement. 

Payment Policy

50% of rent, tax and cleaning fees is due at execution of a rental agreement.  The remaining 50% and the security depoait are due 30 days before arrival.   Check, Cash, Money Order and Travelers Checks are accepted. There will be a $25 charge for any return checks. 

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a reservation we require a phone call to our office where you will be given a cancellation number.  You are then required to mail a certified letter stating you are canceling the reservation along with the cancellation number provided by our office.  Cancellations are only confirmed by receipt of a certified letter mailed to: 3624 S. Atlantic Avenue #101, Daytona Beach Shores, FL   32118.  You must cancel 90 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of monies paid. 
 
Reservations cancelled with less than a 1 month notice are subject to a $100 Fee.  Any reservation cancelled with less than a 2 week notice forfeits their deposit and No Shows are subject to the entire rental fees.  Cancellation policy applies to last minute bookings as well.  Sorry, No Exceptions

DAYTONA BEACH LUXURY RENTALS, LLC HAS A STRICT POLICY: NO SMOKING IN ANY OF OUR RENTALS. ANY VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF ENTIRE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND ANY FURTHER DAMAGE OR CLEANING EXPENSES WILL BE BILLED TO THE RENTER. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All Rentals have a 2 night minimum
4 night minimum for 4th of July, Thanksgiving & Christmas
2 night minimum for Valentines
October and all other Holidays have a 3 night minimum

Peak seasons & Holidays are subject to rate increases
