Ponce Inlet is a small, quiet, safe little beach town consisting mainly of private homes.  Located just minutes from famous Daytona Beach, it is a perfect spot for family and friends to enjoy safe, peaceful and private fun in the sun!

Our spectacular TRI-LEVEL TERRACE offers unobstructed views to Daytona Beach in the North and the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse in the South! Perfect for sunbathing or star gazing! Just imagine the peaceful sunsets with the clouds drenched in pink and orange hues while the waves crash below and the dolphins swim past you!  It is true...we see it daily! There is more than enough patio furniture for lounging and dining in the cool ocean breezes while taking in the panoramic view of the beach and ocean below you!

Located on the top deck is our bar and barbeque area. Complete with a circular bar, barstools, gas barbeque and plenty of tables.  This is my favorite spot at the end of a day filled with overindulgence.  You literally are right above the sand dunes! 

Rinse the sand and salt off your body, ease into one of the comfortable chaise lounges, and enjoy the miles and miles of white sandy beaches while the fresh ocean breezes lull you to sleep. After dinner head down and enjoy a leisurely walk on the cool soft white sand. You can find starfish, sand dollars and all sorts of shells!

Remember, you’re on vacation, this is all allowed!!

Everything you would expect in a multi-million dollar beachfront estate! Spacious living room with pull-out queen sleeper sofa welcomes you with a hint of the views you will enjoy! Imagine having breakfast overlooking the peaceful waves through the panoramic windows! What a way to wake up! The cozy family room offers another queen sleeper sofa and is surrounded by picturesque views! The elegant island themed dining room table seats 8 with full china service.  There is also seating for 4 at the breakfast table and 4 at the kitchen bar, for a total indoor place setting of 16.  The kitchen is fully equipped for all your entertaining with small appliances, solid surface range and oven, dishwasher and all utensils.  Full size washer and dryer are included at no charge, there is also an ironing board and iron.  There are 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have private access to baths.  All have full bed linens, towels and blankets.  Master features spectacular ocean views from 4 large windows, king size bed, walk-in closet, and private bath.  Additional room sleeping arrangements include...full bed, 2 twins, bunk bed with full futon, and full futon.

If you have to bring your work with you, this home is set up to allow you to have fun and be productive!  FREE Long distance telephone service is included (within continental US), also high speed wireless internet is available at no charge.  Cable TV is on all 5 television sets.

We didn't forget the kids (or the adults)! Plenty of games are included such as BOCCE BALL, CROQUET, board games, bingo, poker set, coloring books, reading books and more! If you get tired of the beach come inside for more fun!

This is one of the few homes that offers ample parking for all your guests!  There is an oversized 2 CAR GARAGE, parking for 6 cars in the driveway plus an additional 5 PARKING SPACES in the front of the house! Not many beachfront properties offer this much parking. WOW no need to worry about bringing your friends and family!
